As the days get shorter and the weather gets wetter, I would like to remind everyone of the importance of following all traffic and parking signage around our school during drop-off and pick-up times.
Your children’s safety is our highest priority. The traffic procedures and parking regulations in place are designed to protect students, families, staff, and community members. We ask that all drivers obey posted signs, respect designated loading zones, and adhere to parking restrictions at all times.
Please do not use the end of Pandora Street to drop off or pick up your child(ren); the road is not designed to accommodate this and traffic in this area creates safety risks for students. If you are driving, please park along Beta where street parking is allowed, or in the parking lot behind the school.
Whenever possible, we encourage families to choose active transportation. If driving is necessary, please consider parking a block or two away from the school and walking the remaining distance with your child. This simple step can significantly reduce congestion around the school and help create a safer environment for everyone.
